5-103.11 (B): (B) Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. Facility is still working on this issues. They are waiting on the plumber to come out and finish the work. The plumber that they contract with has been busy. They are estimating and additional 2 weeks at the most.
